I got some snow effects imported and working in the scene.  Not quite sure how to go about implementing a final solution.  Currently its based on a bounding volume of limited size and limited position.  Attaching it to the player or camera clearly won’t work as the particles will follow and rotate with the player when moving about.  I was hoping to find a solution based on the viewing frustum that I would assume is a bit more efficient and more consistent in it’s results.  This currently seems like a very problematic approach.  Will have to investigate further but I needed a break from thinking about AI.
